Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information partycard.fun — operated by FunHub Labs LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), the entity responsible (“data controller”) for your information — collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using partycard.fun you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of data:

• Account information. When you sign up, our authentication provider stores your email address, display name, and — if you sign in with Apple, Google, or another social provider — a subject identifier returned by that provider.
• Game activity. Play counts, likes, share history, and — where publishing and remixing features are available — remix relationships and the games you publish are stored in our database so that the feed, leaderboards, and your profile can function.
• Published games. Where publishing features are available, games you publish (including their source, metadata, thumbnails, and any assets you upload) are stored in our game hosting layer.
• Device push tokens. If you opt in to push notifications on iOS or in-browser web push, we store the platform-specific push token associated with your account so that we can deliver share and moderation notifications to your device.
• Device and log data. Like any web service, our hosting provider logs standard request metadata such as IP address, user agent, and timestamps. These logs are retained for a limited period for security and debugging.
• Multiplayer presence. If you join a multiplayer session, your display name and a session identifier are transmitted to the multiplayer room in real time for the duration of the session.
• Advertising. If you visit partycard.fun from one of our ads — or, where we run retargeting campaigns, whenever you visit — advertising pixels may record your visit and related events (such as signing up), along with device information like IP address and cookie identifiers, so we can measure campaign performance and show our ads to people who have visited partycard.fun. See Sections 3 and 4.

We do not sell your personal information for money, we do not use cross-app tracking identifiers, and the Service itself contains no third-party advertising. We do use advertising pixels and related tools from the platforms we advertise on to measure our campaigns and for retargeting — showing our ads to people who have visited partycard.fun — and, where we use custom audiences, we may share hashed identifiers (such as email addresses) with those platforms to reach or exclude our existing users. Where privacy laws treat these advertising tools as “selling” or “sharing” personal information, Section 4 describes the controls available to you.

2. How We Use Information

• To authenticate you and operate your account.
• To serve the game feed, record plays and likes, track shares between users, review reports, and — where publishing features are available — run the publish moderation pipeline.
• To send you notifications about shares you receive, shares you sent that were viewed or played, and, where applicable, moderation decisions on games you published. You can turn any of these off individually from Settings.
• To protect the Service: detect abuse, prevent fraud, enforce the Terms of Service, and comply with legal obligations.
• To run content moderation — which may combine automated and human review — on reports and, where publishing features are available, on published games.
• To market the Service, including measuring our ad campaigns and showing our ads to people who have visited partycard.fun (see Sections 3 and 4).

3. Third-Party Service Providers

partycard.fun relies on third-party service providers in the categories below. We may change providers within a category from time to time. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles the data it receives:

• Authentication and identity management — sign-in, session management, and user profile storage.
• Cloud hosting and infrastructure — website hosting, request routing, database, game storage, and APIs.
• Real-time multiplayer infrastructure — live game sessions and presence.
• Push notification delivery — notifications are delivered through your device platform’s push service (for example, Apple’s push service when the iOS app is installed), where you have opted in.
• Content moderation — automated text screening of game metadata (title, description, tags) during the publish pre-screen (applies where publishing features are available). These requests do not include your account identifiers.
• Advertising platforms — the platforms we run ad campaigns on (currently Google, Reddit) receive pixel events, cookie identifiers, and — where we use custom audiences — hashed contact information, for campaign measurement, attribution, and retargeting. See Sections 1 and 4.

Where these providers process personal information on our behalf, they do so under contracts that restrict their use of that information; advertising platforms may also use the data they receive for their own purposes, as described in their privacy policies. We may also disclose information: (a) to comply with law or valid legal process; (b) to enforce our Terms of Service or protect the rights, safety, or property of partycard.fun, our users, or others; (c) to professional advisors under confidentiality obligations; and (d) as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case this Privacy Policy will continue to apply to your information and we will notify you of any successor entity.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies keep you signed in (authentication and session cookies from our sign-in provider) and protect the Service (security cookies from our hosting infrastructure); the Service does not work properly without them. Advertising pixels, where active, may set their own cookies or identifiers — including to build retargeting audiences — which are governed by the relevant platform’s privacy policy. You can limit or delete cookies in your browser settings, though blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in. Where required by law (for example, for visitors from the EEA or UK), we obtain consent before setting non-essential cookies. California law requires us to say how we respond to “Do Not Track” signals: we do not currently respond to them.

5. Your Choices

• Notification preferences. Toggle push notifications on or off per event type from Settings.
• Reporting. Report any game that violates the Terms of Service. We aim to review reports promptly; a report may lead to removal of the content.

6. Account Deletion

You can delete your partycard.fun account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your account profile, your likes, your play records, your block list, your device push tokens, your notification preferences, and any games you published (though, where remixing features are available, remixes of your games created by other users may remain on the Service, as described in the Terms of Service). Deletion takes effect right away and cannot be undone. Residual copies may persist in encrypted backups and server logs for a limited period until they are routinely purged, and we may retain limited records where needed for the purposes described in Section 8.

7. Children

partycard.fun is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Data Retention

We retain account and game activity for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account we remove your personal data from our database within a reasonable period, subject to limited exceptions for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; Section 4 describes the controls available to you. Much of this is self-serve: you can edit your profile and delete your account (and the data listed in Section 6) from Settings, and you can exercise any of these rights by contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them. For EEA and UK users: we process personal information to perform our contract with you (operating the Service), for our legitimate interests (such as securing the Service, preventing abuse, moderating content, and marketing the Service), to comply with legal obligations, and with your consent where required. Our service providers are located in the United States; where personal information is transferred from the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of partycard.fun after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
